Weight Loss Goals
#1 – Get the EFF outta the
270’s. Run like crazy to get away from
that damn number.
#2 – Get into my size 16W
shorts. Should be around the 250 mark
#3 – For the first time in
probably 10 years, get into the 230’s!!

#4 – Get into a Size 18
MISSES. Yes MISSES is really a big
deal. Have you seen the choices of
clothing Plus Size gals get to choose from?
It’s like either Alfred Dunner or giant flowers….yuck!
#5 – Make it to 199 –
outta the 200’s baby!!
Overall - Get Healthy, Happy and Helluva Lot Hotter!
